Field Compliance Coordinator $22/hr.

Field Compliance Coordinator Location: Sandy Springs, GA Starting Pay: $22/hr, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Responsibilities Provide day-to-day frontline supervision of Team Leads and Service Technicians in an assigned territory. Ensure timely support by resolving staff questions and complex customer issues. Maintain Field Service quality standards, including appropriate inventory levels. Identify reactive work order opportunities and communicate recommendations to management. Support process change initiatives as directed by management. Manage team projects as assigned and provide administrative support as needed. Serve as an escalation point for technical/process issues and drive resolution. Partner with the Project Manager and Compliance Supervisor to allocate work, set priorities, and monitor performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, contracted customer agreements, and Scope of Work. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Knowledge of office management practices, recordkeeping, and customer service principles. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and handle confidential matters. Essential Functions Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time. Constantly operates a computer and office productivity machinery such as calculator, copier, and printer. Frequently communicates with other departments and field staff. Must be able to exchange accurate information. Work Environment Combination of field and office work with local travel in Georgia.
