Location: Hybrid (Remote + Weekly Office Meetings) Overview Seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to support the analysis, design, documentation, coordination, and construction administration of building and structural projects. This role involves working with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams from project planning through construction. Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design for building projects. Prepare calculations, reports, specifications, and construction documents. Conduct site visits, field investigations, and inspections. Coordinate with architects, contractors, owners, and consultants. Participate in client and project meetings. Review submittals, RFIs, and construction-phase documents. Support project scheduling, quality control, and delivery. Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance. Assist with proposal preparation as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering. 6–10+ years of structural engineering experience. PE license preferred (or actively pursuing licensure). Experience with structural design, calculations, and construction documents. Knowledge of IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, and related codes. Proficiency with structural software such as RISA, RAM, Enercalc, Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to perform occasional field work. Preferred Experience Commercial, institutional, industrial, and mixed-use building projects. Revit/BIM modeling and multidisciplinary coordination.
