At Holding Hands, our Behavior Technician team delivers impactful, one-on-one care that helps children, adolescents and adults grow, develop, and thrive. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings while being supported by experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative clinical team. Department Department: ABA - Behavioral Support Location Location: Rosemead, CA Compensation Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 / hour Compensation & Benefits for Behavior Technician $ 22-$28/hour Direct Therapy rate Fully paid training (no experience required) RBT certification support + exam reimbursement Flexible part-time schedules (15–30 hours/week) Mileage reimbursement between sessions Clear career path: Behavior Technician → Mid-level→ BCBA Key Responsibilities as a Behavior Technician Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as a Behavior Technician Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Support skill development, communication, and independence Collect and track client data accurately Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families Behavior Technician Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required Reliable transportation required Willingness to learn and grow in the field of ABA Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Apply as a Behavior Technician No prior experience required to start your career as a Behavior Technician Hands-on training and ongoing mentorship Meaningful, rewarding work with real impact Growth opportunities into advanced clinical roles Holding Hands is an equal opportunity employer.
