Jasmine S. Dolcine LLC has partnered with a growing law firm in California with offices in San Francisco, Fresno, and Monterey to fill openings in two practice areas: employment defense and complex general litigation. Candidates must be licensed in California.
Employment Defense Attorney
This position is similar to an in-house role because the current team of about 14 Attorneys and Support Staff exclusively defend 1 globally recognized corporate client . There are two options: (1) contract hourly wage or (2) W2 part-time or full-time. Contract hourly wage averages $100/hr. Base salary up to $275k for full-time. Should an offer be extended, compensation may vary based on experience.
Complex General Litigation Attorney
This position is the opposite, working with various global and national corporate clients, teams of various sizes including support staff. There are two options for employment: (1) contract hourly wage or (2) W2 part-time or full-time. Base salary is up to $275k for full-time positions, and compensation may vary based on experience. Complex general litigation hourly wage and W2 compensation are negotiable.
Ideal candidate will have civil litigation experience and complex litigation experience in both state and federal court. Experience with insurance defense matters a plus. We are seeking candidates who are self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision.
