About the Role:
Join Alford Air Conditioning Inc as a Dispatcher/Bookkeeper in beautiful Jupiter, FL! This exciting role combines efficient dispatching with essential bookkeeping tasks, ensuring our operations run smoothly while providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule service calls for technicians to optimize efficiency.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure service satisfaction.
• Monitor daily operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Utilize dispatch software and bookkeeping tools to streamline processes.
• Provide support during peak hours to maintain workflow consistency.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or bookkeeper in a service industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and able to work independently.
• Proficient in bookkeeping software and dispatch systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Strong team player. 
• Knowledge of HVAC industry practices is preferred.
