Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Job Details: • Provide mobile X-ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities • Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment • Submit and transmit X-ray images to radiologists for interpretation • Unload portable X-ray equipment and transport into facilities to perform physician-ordered exams • Must obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images • Perform EKGs as needed and transmit to cardiologist for interpretation when required • Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol • Regularly communicate with dispatch and management • Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment • Communicate efficiently and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients • Physical demands include pushing/pulling equipment weighing 50-100 lbs, occurring 16-24 times per day • Rotating weekend schedule required • On-call responsibilities discussed at interview • ARRT certification required • Active driver's license required • South Carolina state license required Facility: This mobile healthcare services organization serves over 7,500 care facilities nationwide, providing essential diagnostic imaging services directly to patients in various healthcare settings.
