About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Osage Beach location. You'll be responsible for driving sales, controlling expenses, maintaining an outstanding shopping experience, and developing a high-performing team. Most importantly, you'll represent our company values through exceptional leadership and customer service.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop team members.

Create and manage weekly schedules.

Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.

Customer Experience

Deliver and model exceptional customer service.

Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Store Operations

Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised store.

Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and product presentation.

Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, deliveries, and restocking.

Coordinate promotions, marketing initiatives, and special events.

Business Performance

Drive sales growth while controlling operating expenses.

Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Protect company assets and inventory from loss.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
