• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient dietary needs are met and dietary restrictions are respected

• Develop and implement cost-effective menu plans and manage food inventory

• Participate in budget planning and cost control efforts to ensure efficient use of resources

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management, food costs, and patient satisfaction
