Administrative Assistant - Up to $18/Hour
Morgantown, WV | Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. | Full-Time with Advancement Opportunities

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join an established industrial company in the Morgantown area. If you're highly organized, customer-focused, and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the role for you!

What You'll Do:

Answer and direct incoming calls while assisting customers with inquiries.
Dispatch technicians and coordinate service calls.
Support invoicing and financial tasks ( QuickBooks experience preferred ).
Manage customer interactions in ServiceTitan (training provided).
Assist with marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
Perform general office duties: mail distribution, filing, data entry, scanning, and faxing.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of administrative experience (high call volume experience a plus).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
