Exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to make a meaningful difference in a school-based environment! Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Previous experience working in schools or with children/adolescents preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation practices
• Professional, collaborative, and adaptable approach
• High level of reliability and commitment to student wellbeing

Responsibilities:

• Directly implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide consistent, compassionate support for students with behavioral needs
• Accurately collect, record, and summarize data on student behaviors and interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and clinical supervisors
• Participate in meetings and communicate student progress
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school policies and procedures
