Navigator Homes is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Clinical Records & Scheduling Coordinator. This role is responsible for maintaining clinical records, coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, and providing administrative support to the clinical team. Responsibilities - Maintain resident clinical records Coordinate staff schedules Manage medical and office supply inventory Support nursing leadership with administrative tasks Maintain confidentiality of resident information Qualifications - Administrative experience in healthcare preferred Strong organizational and computer skills Experience with scheduling systems preferred (OnShift) Excellent communication and multitasking abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Alliance Health & Human Services
