Pulmonology Physician Employment In Connecticut We are a large physician-owned group expanding in the Hartford, CT area. As part of our Respiratory Program, we are seeking a pulmonologist to join our team consulting, overseeing NPs providing consults, with profit-sharing opportunities. We offer generous compensation, flexible scheduling, and no on-call requirements. Key Responsibilities Experience working with respiratory patients in an acute, post-acute, or Pulmonologist's office setting. Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Connecticut license Board Eligible/Certified in Pulmonology Active DEA license Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa. Scheduling Options Full-Time 30-40 hours per week Part-Time 10- 20 hours per week WhatMedrinaOffers 1099 independent contractor Monday-Friday, no weekends Part-time opportunities available Skilled Nursing Facility Setting We cover tail end of malpractice Competitive compensation Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards. Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement. Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
