• Exceptional Earning Potential: Our therapists enjoy competitive compensation, averaging $35-$50 per service hour, including tips. Our integrated technology prompts guests to leave generous tips, resulting in consistently higher earnings.

Experience Requirements

• Licensed/certified in your state
• Expertise in Swedish and Deep Tissue; additional modalities a plus!
• Passionate about delivering a personalized massage and adjusting to your guests' needs
• Available to work at least 12 hours a week
• Must be available to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

Meet Your Manager, Caroline Bradford!

My focus is to shine bright, not only as a manager but as a friend to those I'm surrounded by. I am attentive to the details of team members and the shop, and I am always collaborative with the Squad. If a team member feels overwhelmed, I encourage them to take a 5 minute breather and work with them to find balance in their schedule and outside life. I know for myself it helps to meditate daily and remember to smile! Three words that describe the culture of our shop are peaceful, fun, and collaborative. Here are a few more fun facts about me! If I were a dog, I would be a labradoodle because they are loyal with a little crazy, plus they have great hair. My favorite vacation destination is any beach, and if I could pick any song for my walk-on music it would be The Wobble (and yes, there is a funny story behind it). I look forward to meeting you!
