About the Role

Are you handy, reliable, and looking to work in a growing industry? CoolerFresh is hiring a Humidity Control Filter Sales & Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will help keep commercial walk-in refrigerators dry, clean, and odor-free.

As a technician, you’ll be responsible for driving new sales as well as installing, replacing, and maintaining CoolerFresh brand humidity control filters. You'll ensure that air quality systems function efficiently, helping clients prevent moisture-related damage and health risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and replace CoolerFresh humidity control filters in commercial walk-in refrigerators across various local hotels and restaurants.
• Diagnose and report system issues accurately.
• Maintain clear and precise service records.
• Provide friendly, professional, and high-quality customer service.
• Follow all standard safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ownership of a reliable, late-model vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work comfortably in various commercial environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Previous field service experience is a plus.
