Senior Product Operations Manager

To ensure reliable and consistent operations at scale, the full-time Senior Product Operations Manager will coordinate incident response, manage end-to-end incident workflows, and facilitate post-incident reviews while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead coordination of critical incidents across Product and Technology, ensuring effective triage and communication Manage incident workflows from intake through resolution, including security risk assessments and cross-team coordination Facilitate post-incident reviews and root cause analyses, documenting findings and addressing recurring issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Operations, Technology, or equivalent practical experience 5-8+ years of experience in product operations, technology operations, or a closely related role Proven experience in coordinating incident response and working with technical teams in SaaS environments Experience operating in agile delivery environments; prior experience as a Product Owner or similar role preferred Strong proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, and experience with incident management tools
