The CFO will be a key leader in guiding and leading the financial operations and strategy, with a focus on developing and implementing a financial strategy that aligns with the company's business goals. This role is integral to the company's growth and success, and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing or materials processing industry. Responsibilities include managing financial controls, accounting procedures, and cost accounting processes specific to production, ensuring full transparency over financial performance, and providing strategic advice on revenue enhancement and cost reduction. The successful candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a proven track record as a CFO or in a relevant financial leadership role, in-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices, and excellent skills in data analysis and forecasting. Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, is required. The role demands a strategic thinker, a problem-solver with sharp business acumen, and the ability to lead and motivate teams. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and people skills are essential, and a CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus. The CFO will work closely with the executive team, support the CEO in financial planning, and be responsible for the speed and accuracy of billings and client payments, as well as all tax documentation.
