• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products efficiently across the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, placing items accurately to protect product and maintain order.
• Conduct daily inspections on forklifts and equipment to verify safe operation.
• Record inventory movements precisely and assist with routine stock counts.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe work area.
• Coordinate with colleagues to streamline tasks and improve productivity.
• Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors as soon as they arise.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Prior forklift experience in warehouse/industrial settings.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a safety-first mentality.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical work.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory and reporting tasks.
