Supportive Services Case Manager

The Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo (HASLO) is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and service-oriented Supportive Services Case Manager to support residents at our Paso Homekey community in Paso Robles. Paso Homekey provides permanent supportive housing for individuals experiencing homelessness, many of whom have experienced significant trauma and have complex needs. Operating under a Housing First philosophy, we recognize that stable housing is the foundation for success. Our team approaches residents with dignity, respect, and a trauma-informed care approach , understanding that healing and recovery are best supported through trust, empathy, and person-centered services. Compensation: $28.45 – $34.59/hour, depending on experience We're looking for someone who: Believes in the Housing First model and meeting people where they are Embraces a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to service delivery Has a heart for serving individuals experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations Is skilled in building relationships and connecting individuals with community resources Thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment Wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others and in our community At HASLO, you'll be part of a team committed to providing safe, stable housing and supportive services that empower residents to succeed.
