As a Security Officer in Warrendale, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk professional at a financial institution location, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees at the front desk by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity at a financial institution location, assist with visitor check-in processes, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Answer phones, manage inquiries, and support access control, badge distribution, and other front desk administrative duties tied to security-related operations.
• Document daily activity, visitor information, and incident details in required logs and reports while maintaining professional interaction with all individuals at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
