Description The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides skilled therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving independence in daily living activities, safety, and overall functional ability. The OT evaluates patient needs, develops individualized care plans, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes. Responsibilities $44 Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Michigan
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience with OASIS documentation preferred
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Michigan
