Job Title: Lead Estimator

Main Areas of Responsibility

Responsible for overall coordination of functions associated with estimating, including specification review, cost review, scheduling, risk assessment, and other related duties for: Drywall, Stucco, and Metal Stud Framing trades.

Additional Areas of Responsibility

Work with the Project Manager to establish the bid team and assign roles. Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Supervise and mentor junior estimators or estimating teams, providing guidance on complex estimates and reviewing deliverables for accuracy. Manage the bid solicitation process. Coordinate and manage MBE/WBE requirements. Creating the estimate for the input of items by the bid team. Review specifications, drawings, and amendments to determine the scope of work. Identify project risk and potential impacts. Attention to details -

Other Information/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Estimator, 5 or more years of estimating experience, Drywall, Stucco, and Metal Stud Framing.

• Proficiency in construction software, Blue Beam, CAD, and Project Management Platforms.

• 5 Years of Experience: At least 5 years of estimating experience in estimating is preferred, with a proven track record of successful projects.

• On-site Requirements: Work in the office – Full-time – No Remote work.

• Geographic Coverage: State of Arizona
