We're seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our team in Wilkes-Barre, PA! As a Service Manager, you'll lead the front-of-house team, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at a popular casual restaurant and bakery.

Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front-of-house team to deliver top-notch customer service
  • Drive sales growth through effective upselling and promotions
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory and cash handling
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and retention
