Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Active SLP licensure in Oregon
• Experience in school-based settings, preferably K-12
• Familiarity with IEP development, intervention planning, and evidence-based therapies
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct skillful assessments, diagnose speech and language disorders, and craft individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver therapy services for mild to moderate student needs, ensuring progress toward IEP goals
• Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth in communication
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Participate in early intervention initiatives, providing expertise and support within the program
• Offer insights and training to staff and caregivers as needed
