Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first! About the Opportunity As an Mobile Equipment Operator at EMR, you'll play a key role in our daily operations at our Hibbing, MN site. In this role, you'll operate equipment to load, unload and transport scrap metal materials within the yard. Key Responsibilities Operate material handler, front end loader, and other equipment safely and efficiently Perform daily maintenance and inspections Identify and process different types of scrap metal and report load details Meet production goals, keep worksite clean and organized, and assist with other tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience operating heavy equipment Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Maneuver in and around equipment to inspect, operate and maintain company property Compensation and Benefits Monday - Friday, no nights or weekends $21+ per hour, full-time, year-round PTO and 9 paid company holidays Medical and dental insurance Employer paid vision insurance Employer paid life insurance HSA and FSA with employer contribution 401(k) with company match #LI-Onsite
