Bring your team-building skills, merchandising expertise, and customer-first mindset to a role where your impact is visible every day.Main responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the Drug and General Merchandise departments with a focus on customer service, merchandising, and in-stock conditionsExecute planograms, resets, promotional sets, ad programs, and seasonal transitions accurately and on timeMaintain clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and backroom areasManage ordering, inventory levels, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy while minimizing shrinkMonitor sales trends, movement reports, and seasonal needs to support ordering and merchandising recommendationsEnsure compliance with company programs, safety standards, and operational proceduresSupport customers with product questions, promotions, and locating merchandiseProvide daily direction, scheduling, training, and coaching to Drug/GM associatesWe are looking for candidates who possess the following:Soft skills:Strong customer-service focus and attention to detailEffective leadership, communication, and team-building skillsStrong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple categories and shifting prioritiesCompetencies:Merchandising execution and planogram complianceInventory management, ordering, and shrink controlOperational standards, safety, and compliance executionSales performance and promotional executionKnowledge:Retail or general merchandise operationsInventory systems and merchandising standards (preferred)Abilities:Ability to review sales and inventory data to guide department planningAbility to train, coach, and develop associatesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Travel requirements: NoneOther requirements: Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance; compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business ConductWe also provide a variety of benefits including:Competitive wages paid weeklyAssociate discountsHealth and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!)Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay).
