Physical Therapist

AOT, Inc. is growing and seeking a physical therapist to work part-time (approximately 3 days/week) with children in the school setting in Grove City, PA (PK-12th grade) for the 26-27 school year! Job Summary A Physical Therapist (PT) provides school-based therapy services to students from preschool through 12th grade. This role focuses on improving student mobility, physical function, and participation in the classroom through direct therapy, IEP development, and collaboration with school teams. Responsibilities Provide direct physical therapy services to students (PreK–12) Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success Complete required documentation , including: Progress notes IEP updates and annual reviews Participate in IEP meetings as needed Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) when applicable Travel between school locations during the school day (if required) Qualifications Graduate of an accredited APTA Physical Therapy program (DPT required) Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist License Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential Competitive pay commensurate with experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability Optional benefits: short-term disability, additional life, critical illness, and accident insurance Generous paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with discretionary company contribution Flexible scheduling aligned with school hours Continuing education and professional development opportunities Clinical mentorship and leadership opportunities About AOT, Inc.
