Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Aviata at Spring Hill Address: 12170 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34613 Shifts Available: PT - Day (7a-3p), Evening (3p-11p), & Night (11p-7a) Job Summary: Aviata Health Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our Brooksville, Florida location. As a CNA at Aviata Health Group, you will be responsible for delivering direct care to our residents, prioritizing their wellbeing, and ensuring their dignity and independence. Job Responsibilities: Deliver direct care to residents, including personal hygiene, mobility, and assistance with activities of daily living Assist with daily tasks such as laundry, transportation, and mail delivery Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents Assist with dining and provide companionship and conversation Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age Florida CNA license Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: $18 401k with a match $225 bi-weekly attendance incentive program Opportunity for career advancement and professional growth Collaborative and supportive work environment Health, dental, and vision insurance for the entire family and more!
