Care Manager

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. Follow individualized service plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Communicate effectively with families and care team members to ensure quality care.
