The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and has leadership potential. You’ll start on the production floor with a clear path toward a future supervisory role.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Operate press brakes and forming equipmentPerform grinding, deburring, and metal finishing tasksWork with laser cutters and CNC punch machinesFollow blueprints, technical drawings, and safety proceduresParticipate in work tests during the interview process (e.g., forming, welding, grinding)Ensure quality control of finished partsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisorsCompensation:Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.Benefits:We offer comprehensive benefits to include health and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Skills & Qualifications:Prior experience in metal fabrication is requiredProficiency with press brakes, grinding tools, and CNC machineryAbility to interpret blueprints and fabrication specsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailWelding experience is a plusMust be dependable and team-orientedLeadership potential is a must.
