EndRun LLC is a technology consultancy dedicated to direct collaboration with DoD mission partners to develop technology solutions to solve real National Security challenges. Our programming includes critical technology & venture creation, lab-to-market commercialization, and direct funding and contracting support to develop prototypes, training and support for entrepreneurs and the tech workforce needed to ensure these startups and our mission partners succeed.

About the Role:

The Senior Business Analyst is a core driver of client success on the OnRamp Hub: Arizona program. You will manage relationships with entrepreneurs and startups, oversee structured consulting engagements, and apply data-driven frameworks to help companies progress toward their defense commercialization goals. This role combines strategic analysis, project management, and ecosystem outreach in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Location: Phoenix, AZ (< 20% Travel)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of startups, small businesses, and technologies within the regional defense innovation ecosystem; support relationship tracking through data management and CRM systems. Provide analytical support for client engagements by tracking requirements, documenting needs, and ensuring alignment between client objectives and program deliverables. Define, document, and monitor project scope, objectives, and deliverables across engagements; ensure consistency, traceability, and alignment with program goals. Build and maintain startup progression frameworks and maturity roadmaps, using data-driven insights to guide companies from current state to targeted outcomes. Support engagement activities with founders and entrepreneurs by coordinating check-ins, tracking progress against milestones, and identifying gaps requiring additional support or resources. Conduct analysis to inform recommendations on: relevant subject matter expertise and advisory support training and capability development opportunities pitch materials and commercialization readiness potential funding pathways and capital alignment Collect, aggregate, and analyze ecosystem-wide data to identify capability gaps, resource constraints, and programmatic opportunities; contribute to quarterly and ad hoc reporting. Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and impact metrics to assess program effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making. Support technology assessment activities by conducting research, comparative analysis, and documentation to evaluate startup solutions against Mission Partner needs. Produce briefings, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners. Support industry engagement efforts through research, preparation of background materials, and post-event analysis to inform relationship development and program growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
