Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Restoration Technician to join our exceptional team. No experience is needed; we offer the most comprehensive training available in the industry. As a Restoration Technician , you will perform production processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects.

 
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls and provide immediate assistance to clients.
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification of affected areas.
- Conduct fire and smoke damage cleanup and restoration.
- Execute mold remediation and removal procedures.
- Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed during restoration projects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete restoration projects efficiently.
- Maintain and organize restoration equipment and tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.

 
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in physically demanding Texas conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused Texas attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate emergency restoration needs.
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law.
