Provide expert technical support for AWS and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IDMC) platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cloud-based environments.
Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address and resolve technical challenges.
Document solutions, best practices, and system configurations to enhance organizational knowledge.
Assist in deployments, upgrades, and migrations involving AWS and Informatica IDMC.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards and industry best practices.
Work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Utilize strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Leverage 7–10 years of experience in technical support, cloud technologies, or data integration roles.
