What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our store operations. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

- Lead by Example : Set the standard for the team by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

- Take Ownership : Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Attention to Detail : Maintain high standards in store presentation and operations, even under pressure.

- Physical Responsibilities : Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods as part of your role.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management position. - Strong Leadership Skills : The ability to follow through on tasks, hold staff accountable, and lead with integrity. - Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail to ensure store operations meet our high standards. - Adaptability : The ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges with ease. - Physical Stamina : Comfort with lifting and standing for long periods.
