Anesthesiologist needed for Locums in New Hampshire.

Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Somerswoth, NH. NH license required.

Dates needed:

November 16-20, 23-25,27, 30

December 1-4, 21-24, 28-31

• Monday-Friday; 7a-5p. Flexible to work 4 days per week. Call can be optional, 6p-7a from hotel and should be within 20 mins of hospital.
• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Practice Setting: OR.
• EMR/Charting Software: epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 20-30 total per day
• OR Beds: 9
• Patient Age Group: Adult
• Procedures: General, ortho, urology, ENT (some peds), vascular, thoracic (no cardiac or intracranial neuro) Reason for need: Deployment of provider overseas . MD will be supervising about 3 out of the 5 days a week.
• There are only CRNAs, no residents when supervising.
• They run 9 ORs per day and total between 20-30 OR cases per day.
• Board Certifications Req'd/Preferred: yes,
• State License(s): NH- willing to look at someone with LOQ in hand for a quick IMLC turnaround due to start date.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
• DEA Req'd?: Yes
• Years of Experience Req'd: 1.
• Willing To License: Only if they have an LOQ in hand for an IMLC.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90+ days.
• $2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
