Seriously, this is a company that grew from 15 employees to 50 in just the last year. This is an opportunity to devleop a department and lead it into the future! The opportunity is to take ownership of a department, shape its processes, develop its people, and directly influence project selection and profitability. They are looking for someone who wants that level of responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with leadership.
