Production Associate

Shifts

1st: 6:00 AM2:30 PM (MonFri)

2nd: 2:00 PM10:30 PM (MonFri)

3rd: 10:00 PM6:30 AM (SunThurs)

What You'll Do

• Follow route sheets and blueprints
• Apply adhesives and sealants
• Operate production equipment
• Inspect products to IPC standards
• Enter work orders in Paradigm
• Cross-train across departments
• Maintain a clean, safe work area

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read blueprints and IPC specs
• Fine motor skills
• Comfort with chemicals using PPE
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail

Preferred Experience

• Mechanical aptitude
• Electronics or PCB manufacturing
• Cleanroom or SMT experience
• IPC certification

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
