Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Join HMD Trucking’s Frisco, TX operations as an OTR flatbed driver covering nationwide routes.
What You’ll Handle:
- Flatbed freight securement and tarping
- Accurate hours-of-service logging
- Pre-trip and post-trip safety checks
You’ll pilot modern trucks with sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters, and removable rider seats, backed by full in-house maintenance. Enjoy $0.70/mile starting pay, performance bonuses, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, dependable home time, and comprehensive benefits including health, PTO, and retirement savings.
