Dunkin' Crew Member

This position is for people who have previously worked at Dunkin. Punctuality, reliability, and attitude are keys to success.

As a Dunkin' Crew Member, you are responsible for providing guests with exceptional customer service and prepare food and beverages all while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. This is accomplished in a fun and fast-paced environment surrounded by a team of people who take great pride in their work.

Our team is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals who are interested in joining us!

Hours available:

Weekends and Monday-Friday

Shifts include:

3:30am-8am, 3:30am-9am, 3:30am-11am, 3:30am-12p

Flexible availability required within these times. Weekly schedule will vary.

**Availability at 5am, 6am, and 7am (as flexible as possible) is desired!

MUST be 18 years or older

Responsibilities include:

• Follow all procedures related to cash, sanitation, and food safety
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Handling guest concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow speed of service standards
• Prepare food and beverages according to guests requests
• Assemble and package orders promptly and neatly
• Organize and maintain stock following proper rotation methods
• Using a commercial oven
• Filling and frosting donuts
• Multitasking tasks in kitchen while also prioritizing customer service
