Orthodontic Regional Manager - Growth & Operations

Role: Regional Manager (Ortho) responsible for overseeing orthodontic operations across multiple practices. Key Responsibilities Drive growth of orthodontic services and improve patient access. Ensure operational excellence in orthodontic workflows. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of team members. Monitor performance metrics to maintain high standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with providers and leadership to achieve goals. Travel to supported practices as needed to support operations. Qualifications & Skills Experience in orthodontic or dental practice management. Strong leadership and team development skills. Ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics.
