Job Description Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction to completion Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, schedules, and forecasts Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Negotiate and manage subcontractor contracts and scopes of work Monitor project costs and proactively manage budget risks Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Identify and resolve project challenges and mitigate risks Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders and leadership MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
