As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and respond to alarms or concerns. Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
• Monitor access to designated areas, observe activity throughout the location, and document patrols, incidents, and property-related observations in accordance with site requirements.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by reporting maintenance concerns, access issues, and other conditions that may affect daily property operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
