Requirements ** Licensed Candidate: No but HIGHLY preferred with start date ** *Client asking them to help at a facility on a nearby island if willing to state that on the presentation would just be to cover PTO dates on occasion for another FM MD ~approximately 1 week a month for Gap/PTO coverage REQ Number 124932 Expected start date: ASAP / Ideally 11/23/2026 Provider Type – MD Specialty Family Medicine FTE needed 1 Daily Shift Standard: 8hr Expected duration of assignment Current approval end date is 11/6/2026 extension being submitted Reason for opening: Gap in coverage Schedule /Shift hours M-F 8a-5p Type of privileges: clinic/hospital Setting: Outpatient Call requirement: No Rounding admissions or none? None Patient demographics All Ages Average patients per day 16-18 Required Procedures None Required. Desired include skin excisions/punch biopsies Nexplanon IUD Cryotherapy toenail evulsions. Required clinical activity in the last 24 months case logs Applicant must demonstrate involvement as an admitting physician for at least 20 patients during the past two 2 years. Will provider work solo? Yes Licensed Candidate: No but highly preferred with start date in 12/2026 Required certifications Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable BLS EMR: EPIC INPT experience is not necessary the procedures noted above are not required but nice to have.
