Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current Physical Therapy license within the state of practice
• BLS certification required
• Ability to become proficient with computer software applications commonly used in an automated patient care environment

• Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Location Highlights

Mesa offers access to both outdoor recreation and metro Phoenix amenities. Usery Mountain Regional Park is about 15 miles east and features more than 29 miles of trails, while Saguaro Lake is roughly 20 miles away for boating and kayaking.
