Job Details

Compiles, processes and maintains medical records of hospital patients in a manner consistent with the administrative, ethical, legal, Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and other regulatory requirements of Western Reserve Hospital.

Education and Training High School graduate or equivalent.

Experience Previous experience in a Medical Records Department or technical HIM training preferred.

Schedule 32 Hours per week, 7am-3:30pm, may be flexible on days and times
