We strive to help achieve personal career goals by providing opportunities of growth and movement throughout the company.Job Description: Responsible for the planning, management, and completion of IT projects.Job Responsibilities:Work with various internal business stakeholders and external third party companies to identify and document designs and specificationsBreaks down high-level business and user requirements into a functional product designWrite formalized functional requirements and user acceptance criteriaReview and formally approve functional requirements with business stakeholdersOversee software projects through the software development life cycleCommunicate and review product designs with the development and QA teamsParticipate in the estimation and scoping processReviews development design to ensure requirements were interpreted correctlyOversee the change control and management discussions and processesPerform and coordinate software acceptance and regression testingCoordinate and manage release of softwareProactively manage and set deliverable timelines and ensure projects are delivered in a timely mannerContinually ensure clear and timely communication among all stakeholder and involved partiesAct as a platform subject matter expert for analysis and requirements definition relating to development and related applications and servicesHelp drive a data-driven decision-making cultureProactively assess and mitigate project risksOther responsibilities as assignedCurrent passport and ability to travel internationallyJob Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in related field—work experience may substitute for required educationExperience with implementation of a mobile application5+ years of business analyst/project management/functional analyst experienceStrong analytical and organizational skillsExceptional communications skills both written and verbalExcellent interpersonal skillsExperience with mobile (iOS/Andriod) platformsAbility to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize competing prioritiesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbsolute integrityExperience/background in the MLM industry (preferred)doTERRA International, LLC. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
