Requirements Job ID: 3501672 Fixed NO MALPRACTICE Type: General Cardiology Physician Board Certified in Cardiology Board Certified to read Cardiac Imaging studies to include Nuclear Stress tests - not a deal breaker if they can't read NUCs this would be preferred by not required No Malpractice Claims Preferred 5 years experience The provider will be working in a solo practice there is currently an APP in that location but she will be leaving at the end of September Shift: o Monday - Friday: 8am-4pm o 2-3 weeks/mo coverage o 6 -9 months o Starting ASAP I anticipate mid Sept if we can find someone right away - due to the privileging and credentialing process Responsibilities focus of the search should be for the first 2 bullets - the rest can be discussed with the provider when they talk to him/her: o Outpatient clinic: approx 3 days per week types of patients will be discussed during the interview o Supervising Stress Tests: approx 1 day per week o Inpatient consults and stress lab o On-Call: 4p - 8a as needed to fill in holes o Read Nuclear portion of a stress test - as needed to support the other providers who read NUCs - this is not a deal breaker if someone cannot read NUCs o Hospital Consult service rotation this again will be ad hoc *WILL BE FLOATING BETWEEN THESE 2 FACILITIES* Location: - Outpatient clinic and Supervision of Stress Tests: Massena Hospital 1 Hospital Drive Massena NY - Hospital Consult Service: Canton Potsdam Hospital Main 50 Leroy Street Potsdam NY CV needs to be Agency Branded at time of submittal NY License in Hand Epic Experience Required Agency must pay app fee - 75 APP 150 MD OT Holiday - 1.25x the regular rate AHA or RQI certs Must be Board Certified Ensure that the work history is up to date Ensure there are no gaps of 30 days Cannot accept Residents or Fellow Please always include email phone for the candidate Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 16:00
