The team partners closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive emerging business opportunities, innovation, and growth.The Technical Project Manager will bring strong Technology Program and Project Management experience within complex IT environments. In this role, you will lead delivery across technology and business teams, managing project plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, and financial forecasts to ensure successful execution and achievement of business objectives.Candidates must be highly effective communicators with executive presence and the ability to tailor messages for technical teams, business partners, and senior leaders. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives, balance competing priorities, and build alignment in a complex, matrixed environment through influence and collaboration.Key RequirementsTechnology Program Management and/or Technical Project Management experience.Proven success leading complex technology initiatives, including budget management, forecasting, risk mitigation, dependency management, and executive-level reporting.Strong facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct authority.Flexibility to support meetings and project deliverables across multiple time zones, as needed.​The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments. License/Certification/Designation: Technology certifications or PMI, SAFE, Agile or Lean designations are encouraged.Experience: Six or more years of experience in technology or related field. Three years demonstrated proficiency in delivering outcomes/projects. Awareness of emerging technologies and/or industry trends.Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Ability to make decisions and recommendations. Aptitude to influence, establish relationships and set priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of associates, senior management and/or vendors. Insurance/financial services industry knowledge a plus. Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
