Customer Service Administrator

Are you a skilled administrative and customer service professional with exposure and experience in personal lines insurance? A reputable and established practice is seeking someone to support their existing book of business in a support role. This person will be responsible for processing changes, working with customers, and overall administrative support to the producer. salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

-Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within assigned commercial accounts.

-Manage accounts within commercial lines

-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet clients' evolving needs.

-Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.

-Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to inform account strategies.
