Fair Haven Community Health Care is seeking a Site Front Desk Lead to ensure efficient, patient‑centered service at our front desk. You will coordinate workflows, train staff, and support access processes across multiple FHCHC sites. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of patient access experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to process improvement without direct supervisory authority.
