Family Medicine Or Internal Medicine Physician OpportunitySanford Tracy Medical Center is seeking a board certified/board eligible family medicine or internal medicine physician to join our rural health clinic and hospital.Our philosophy is based on the belief that good healthcare is a right which should be guaranteed to everyone, regardless of financial status, personal beliefs, or geographic location.We are closely linked with the rural community we serve, and we strive to meet the healthcare needs of our community in an efficient and caring manner.Clinicians consist of physicians and advanced practice providers.Call responsibilities would include one day/week and one weekend/month, including emergency room call.Back up call for advanced practice providers.Compensation package: Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
